TIG welding (Tungsten Inert Gas):
Used for the most demanding projects, it guarantees exceptionally clean, precise, and aesthetic welds. Ideal for joining thin sheet metal, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, and aluminum alloys.

MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding:
A high-performance method used for larger cross-sections and large-scale production of structural steel (black) and aluminum components. It provides excellent mechanical strength and rapid completion.

Flowdrill® Thermal Drilling | Innovative Thread Forming.
Thin-walled profiles and pipes pose a challenge for traditional threading methods. That's why KONIG has implemented innovative thermal drilling technology. Flowdrill®This is a 100% chipless process that uses friction to locally plasticize the metal.

Extreme durability:
The resulting thread is much stronger than traditional methods, ideal for mechanically loaded connections.

Cost reduction:
No need to use expensive rivet nuts or welded nuts (reduction of production stages).

Ecology and cleanliness:
The chipless process makes it easier to keep components perfectly clean before surface treatment.

Surface Treatment: Grinding, Polishing and Satin Finishing.
A perfect final product is known by the details. Proper surface finishing is the final, yet most important, step in the production of visible components for the home appliance and furniture industries. Using the company's highest-quality abrasive materials, 3M Polska™we give the metals their final, flawless appearance and prepare them for possible powder coating.

Manual and Machine Grinding:
Precise removal of weld oversizes, sharp edges and post-production imperfections.

Pipe Hoop Grinding:
Specialized processing allows for obtaining a perfectly smooth, uniform surface on tubular elements (e.g. handles, railings).

High Gloss Polishing:
Giving stainless steel or aluminum components a mirror-like finish, desirable in premium products.

Satin Finishing (Brushing):
Creating an elegant, matte coating with a visible, directional structure that conceals minor scratches from use and prevents finger marks.

Innovative 2D and 3D Laser Cutting.

Sheet Metal Laser Cutting
Efficient processing of carbon steel (black), stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, and aluminum sheets. Nesting software (optimizing part arrangement) minimizes waste, and the resulting edges require no additional finishing.

Laser Cutting of Profiles:
Precise cutting of mounting holes, locks, and complex geometries in structural profiles. This is the ideal preparation for quick and error-free assembly or subsequent positioning during welding.

Laser Cutting of Pipes (3D):
Advanced three-dimensional machining of tubular parts. We perform precise penetrations, angle cuts, and engraving, which is crucial in the mass production of household appliance rails, furniture frames, and automotive components.

Precision Bending on CNC Press Brakes.
Plastic forming of sheet metal is a process that requires absolute control. Thanks to modern, digitally controlled press brakes, we guarantee 100% repeatability of angles and dimensions in every large-scale production batch.

Our machinery allows us to form complex, multi-faceted details. The careful selection of professional dies and punches ensures perfect bending lines while eliminating the risk of scratching, which is critical when machining stainless steel or aluminum.

Powder Coating Application. Durability and Aesthetics.
We complete the production process by offering comprehensive detail finishing. We provide professional surface preparation (degreasing and phosphating), which lays the foundation for a perfect and durable paint finish.

Premium standards:
We apply powder coatings in the full RAL palette, offering matte, semi-matte, gloss, and textured finishes. Our process guarantees components excellent resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage, as well as a flawless, repeatable appearance – absolutely essential in the premium furniture and appliance industries.

See the effects of Flowdrill® technology for yourself. The photos show thermoformed flanges in thin-walled profiles. This integral sleeve, made from native material, forms the basis for an extremely strong and durable thread, eliminating the need for welding nuts.

Our facility and internal logistics are optimized for repeatable, high-volume production and long-term B2B contracts (including those for the home appliance and furniture industries). We produce prototypes and short trial runs, but we treat them as a precursor to larger production.

We work with most industry standards. It's best to send us 3D models (STEP, IGES) and flat-bed manufacturing documentation in PDF or DXF/DWG formats to determine dimensional tolerances and surface treatment guidelines.

We have extensive experience in machining and welding (TIG/MIG) carbon steel (black), stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, and aluminum alloys. We also provide full surface preparation of these metals (grinding, satin-finishing).
